Job Overview

We are interested in hiring a dedicated , Dynamic , energetic & hardworking individual as a (Residential) Business Development  Manager / Sr. Business Development  Manager (Male & Female)to join our sales division in different states & regions from India at least with  5 to 6 years experienced from Travel & hospitality Industry for B2B Chanel sales .

Your main goal is to acquire the Travel Agents for activation of Paid Travel Inventory Portal ( No Competitors in the world ) by leveraging your own existing travel agent data base in first 06 months , then you have to develop the  new travel markets & agents along nurturing the acquired travel agents to bring sales from them with our products & services ( Digital Marketing / Travel Knowledge Upskills Amongst others) .

As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities. Great report writing skills, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal selling skills etiquette are essential for this position.

Eligibility

  • Graduate from any steams of UGC recognised university ( MBA in Marketing & Sales would give extra advantages)with 02 Languages ( Local Official Languages & Hindi or English)
  • Must have Motor Bike or Scooty for daily sale & marketing calls in their respective areas . (Out station Travelling Allowances  would be given in actual basis as per Internal company’s grade & band policies) 
  • Need to have an experience of 5 to 6 years in B2B Travel Agents Acquisitions & Sales with excellent professional relations with minimum 500+ to 800+ travel agents.  
  • Require to have a laptop or 10.5+ Inches Tab for 1st 06 months in probation periods . After Probation periods company will facilitated the said system to BDM as per company asset owning policies.

  2. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets .
  3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  4. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing its own target .
  5. Strong business sense and industry expertise
  6. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Seniors & respective hierarchy.
  7. Build and promote strong, long-lasting B2B customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  8. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status .
  9. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands B2B customer base and ensure its strong presence
  10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  11. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
