Graphics Designer ~ Part Timer

Eligibility :- Age bracket between (21 to 35) Yrs. From Graphics Design Industry with 3+ Years’ Experience.
1. Must have willing to work for Kolkata Region’s Office. (06 Days a week in rostering basis)
Note :- Also position available for WFH with her/his exclusive owning above i3 configured Laptop having Microsoft office & latest above 2018 4G enable smart phone.
2. Higher Secondary / UGC recognized graduate in any stream from regular courses not distance education. (*** Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus)
3. Must have good communication & writing Skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.
4. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Coreldraw, Photoshop).
5. Should have vision for clear ambitious & focused career path with dynamic and aggressive
business mind set. (Please excuse Job Hoppers / Stop Gapped candidates.)
6. Proven graphic designing experience
7. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
8. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

KRA ( Job Role)

1. Study design briefs and understand requirements.
2. Schedule Post and Make Daily Engagement.
3. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
5. Develop illustrations, designs using software or by hand.
6. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
7. Work with copywriters to produce final design
8. Test graphics and wait for feedback
9. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
