• Monuments Entrance fees
• Services of English-Speaking Local Guide.
• Expenses of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone / fax calls, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
• Any other services not mentioned in the inclusions
• international or Domestic airfare / Train Fare
• Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as roadblocks, accidents
• Any medical evacuations. Any train delays, or re-scheduling etc.
• Any Visa fees, insurance fees, etc.
• Any tips to hotel staff, local guides, drivers etc.
• Any meals apart from the ones mentioned above.
• Any expenses apart from the ones above.
• 5 % GST.

Important Notes:

• Passenger/Guest need to obey the new normal procedure of the local /state/central guidelines for hotels / transport & sightseeing places
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon Check In.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
• For optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini-bar, snacks, laundry and telephone calls, etc.). These will be charged while check-out, directly by the hotel.
• Vehicle can go where it can go (Vehicle will follow strict rule (traffic rule)) of destination
• Vehicle ac will not be operational during hills travel, Highland area travel & will go as per itinerary.
